Faridabad: Asian Institute of Medical Sciences Hospital, Sector-21 Faridabad organized talent hunt. About 200 children attended and showed their best performance. Its grand finale was conducted in the hospital premises today, in which singer, Shankar Sahni graced the occasion as the Chief Guest while Pt. Rakesh Sharma, Director Swar Mandir Kala Ashram, Aslam Saifi, Director Aslam Dance Company, Pankaj Shridhar, Choriographer, Rajpath Gantantra Divas Dance Prastuti, Dr Rakesh Kapoor, and Kushina Rishi, Dance teacher were judged on the occasion.
The grand Finale was divided in four groups and 40 children were selected for final finale. Little participants displayed efficiently their performance as dance, songs, acting, poetry, tabla, piano and guitar. Simultaneously, the participants also messages “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” through their performance.
The hospital Director, Padma Shri Dr N.K Pandey including his wife Padma Pandey, Anupam Pandey, Neha Pandey, Mukesh Mohta, Dr Arvind Gupta, Dr P.S Ahuja and Dr Jya Dev Barman helped in awarding the children.
The Chief Guest while appreciating the art of children said Asian Hospital has created a great platform for the children to promote talent. He said that by organizing such programmes, fear of the children’s mind goes away and they learn to display their talents. He congratulated the participants. At the end, the participants were awarded with cash prizes and certificates.
